Anti-Corruption
Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption
Dawnsun Group prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption โ€” whether direct or indirect, involving public officials or private parties, in India or internationally. This prohibition applies to bribes, facilitation payments, kickbacks, and any other form of improper benefit.
No employee, director, agent, or business partner may offer, promise, give, request, or accept any financial or other advantage โ€” either to improperly gain or retain business, or to secure any improper advantage in the conduct of business.

๐Ÿ“‹ Gift & Entertainment Policy: Gifts, hospitality, and entertainment may only be offered or accepted where they are modest in value, transparent, and consistent with normal business courtesies โ€” never used to influence a decision or create a sense of obligation.

Fair Competition
Fair Competition & Antitrust
Dawnsun Group is committed to competing fairly and lawfully in all markets. We comply fully with all applicable competition laws and regulations โ€” in India and in every market where we operate.
Employees must never engage in price fixing, market allocation, bid rigging, or any other anti-competitive practice โ€” and must avoid sharing commercially sensitive information with competitors in any context, formal or informal.
Conflicts of Interest
Conflicts of Interest Prevention
Employees and directors must avoid situations where their personal interests โ€” financial or otherwise โ€” conflict with their responsibilities to Dawnsun Group. Any potential or actual conflict of interest must be promptly disclosed to management.
Personal relationships, financial interests in suppliers or customers, outside employment, and other situations that could impair objectivity must all be disclosed. Undisclosed conflicts of interest are a serious disciplinary matter.
Reporting & Review
Reporting Concerns & Policy Review
Any employee, director, or business partner who has concerns about potential violations of this Ethics Policy is encouraged โ€” and expected โ€” to raise those concerns promptly. Dawnsun Group does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine ethics concern in good faith.
Concerns may be raised directly with management, HR, or through any confidential channel available. All reported concerns will be taken seriously, investigated appropriately, and addressed promptly.
This Ethics Policy is reviewed annually by Dawnsun Group leadership to ensure it remains current, comprehensive, and aligned with evolving legal requirements and ethical expectations. All employees are required to familiarise themselves with this policy.
