Armouring Machine
Used for armouring of strip/round wire on insulated core as well as to laid-up of multi core. Armouring machines are manufactured in different design as per customer’s requirement. The armouring cage are of . two types, fork type and cage type, with or without batch loading. Manufactured in single cage or double cage (Tandem cage).
Fork Type With Manual Bobbin Loding
- Heavy duty fork type cage with self locking system
- Motorised bobbin pintles with safety interlock
- Auto regulated mechanical/pneumatic constant bobbin tension mechanism
- Wire break detection system on each cage
- Individual control box for each bobbin
- Light indication for each bobbin closed
- Visual aid for faster process
Copper Taping Line
Used for copper taping on high and extra high voltage core.
- It is also used for taping of non metallic tape like COTTON/PVC/HDPE/semiconductor tape.
- Any desired tape overlap can be adjusted.
Drum Twister Line
Used for laid up of power cable of low voltage sector/round and high voltage core. It can also be used for cable armouring with steel wire or screening of high/extra high voltage core using aluminium/copper wire.
Stranding Machine
Used to make stranded/compacted round, sector (straight/prespiral) conductor as well as stranding of multi insulated core. Stranding machine is manufactured in different designs as per customer’s requirement. The stranding machine is of two types, fork type and cage type, with or without batch loading.
Skip Bow Strander
Used for stranding of bare [EC/AAC/AAAC/ACSR] / insulated, aluminium / copper conductor. Configuration as per customer requirement.
TESTING & MEASURING INSTRUMENT
- Online Defect detector for cables: Types of defects detection: scratch, spots, wrinkle, stripes and pits, and etc., Automatic defects detection, data storage and alarming
- Wire Diameter Instrument: for checking cable diameter online and manually, to round or other geometric shape.
- Insulation thickness measuring: test to confirm the insulation and sheath thickness of power cables to ensure they meet specified standards.
