The Bartell SWS Automatic Bead Handling and Transfer System automatically transfers finished tire beads from a Bartell Bead Winding System, in the diameter range of 12” – 25”, to a Bartell designed bead storage cart. The Automatic Bead Handling and Transfer System combines Bartell’s Bead Winding Machines with a fully automated
bead handling and cart indexing system, providing customers the ability to manufacture and store both passenger and truck beads on bead storage carts without operator intervention.

Overhead gantry style unloader removes finished beads from the bead winder and transfers them to a bead storage cart.
Indexing system allows each cart to be positioned to a repeatable drop off location, allowing proper placement of beads on rack pins.
Accommodates up to four (4) bead carts at one time; one loading cart, two empty carts and one full cart to be manually removed by the operator.
